How will Health Care Reform Affect My Current Plan?

Well even the Insurance Professor dosn't have all the answers yet but i did get this information i can share with you on how current health care plans will be grandfathered. Your current plan will remain the same only with mandated upgrades until you make certain changes to your polciy. So hope this helps and will pass along more information as i get it.

My central air conditioning just quit working and needs to be replaced will my Homeowners insurance cover replacing my air conditioning.
A.Some companies now offer Equipment Breakdown on Homeowners policies. This will cover you for any kind of mechanical breakdown. Coverage would apply to your central air conditioning, heating, washers, TVs,etc. Claims are still subject to your policy deductible and there is an additional premium for this coverage.
